Happy new year and welcome to the year of bliss. For most of you that do not know, I live in one of the coldest, if not the coldest states in the United States of America. That being said, fashion lovers like myself sometimes find it difficult to dress the way we want to because of the cold. Being a wardrobe stylist, switching up style is quite the challenge and making it work even in the cold, a greater challenge

Below is a look I put together for people that seek to look appropriate even when its 3 degrees outside. Normally, having a jacket is always key when you are thinking of dressing for an event because you always want to stay warm. But, at the same time, you also want to throw in something that fits the look if you are so fashion conscious. Which brings up the main outfit. The top was a turtle neck sweater that was warm enough to take care of my neck. The pants were dark-stained high-wasted. The purse was a black addition to outfit on a cool basis.
